Why
Understanding the legal process of separation and divorce is an important factor in reducing frustration, confusion and expense. This leads to a reduction in conflict as your family is going through a difficult time and assists you in using legal resources and the legal process effectively. This course is also an excellent education resource for those working in any support/health services sector where client contacts include families that are undergoing separation or divorce issues. By learning about the process that they are going through, it may lead to an increased understanding and awareness, as well as an ability to speak the language of “the System” with them in support of their needs at this time. |
